Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to services, digital deliverables, consulting, automation builds, website work, training systems, and related products offered by Exelyon Group LLC.

General Policy

Because many Exelyon Group services involve custom planning, strategy, labor, digital configuration, AI workflow design, and time-based consulting, payments are generally non-refundable once work has started.

Deposits

Project deposits reserve time, planning capacity, and production resources. Deposits are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.

Digital Deliverables

Digital products, templates, documents, automations, prompts, training materials, and downloadable files are generally non-refundable once delivered or accessed.

Service Issues

If there is a problem with a deliverable, Exelyon Group LLC may, at its discretion, revise the work, correct errors, provide replacement files, or issue a partial credit.

Canceled Projects

If a client cancels a project after work has started, Exelyon Group LLC may retain payment for work already performed, time reserved, administrative work, third-party costs, and completed deliverables.

No Funding or Revenue Guarantees

Payments are not refundable based on failure to receive funding, grant approval, credit approval, increased revenue, leads, sales, or other business outcomes.
